WatchGuard Video was awarded the in-car video contract for the Vermont State Police in 2009. One contract requirement was that installation be included in the price. This presented a concern. There are fourteen State Police barrack locations spread across every corner of the state. On site installation was a pre-requisite. I contacted every ”law-enforcement” installer in the state and none had the resources to meet our requirements.
Marshall Learned of Yipes contacted me and requested that his operation be considered. Yipes works closely with most of the law enforcement organizations in Vermont but historically business had been primarily related to graphics.
I met with Marshall and toured his facility. It is spacious, clean, well organized and his staff has been exceptionally professional. His staff is also very technically competent. This was critical to our success. Installation of our equipment requires exacting precision. I was convinced that they would be a good business partner. I am very pleased with the results thus far.
Yipes has completed all tasks on time and budget. Any concerns were addressed very quickly, professionally and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.

This company is used exclusively for all branding of the fleet for the Area Port of Champlain, New York,which consists of over 600 vehicles from custom examination vehicle, SUVs to sedans. Being a 24-hour facility, we are unable to take our fleet out of commission for lengthy periods of time. Yipes always accommodates us by coming on-site to do the work needed, bringing the necessary equipment and working under extreme outside conditions if needed, completing jobs quickly and efficiently. This is one large factor in our decision making process to continue business with Yipes vs. using other vendors in the area of which do not provide such service.
